Gulf Craft and its Australian distributor Flagship International are excited to introduce the sporty and sleek Oryx 379.
The fast-paced boat is expected to arrive in Sydney in August 2022 and promises seafarers the dual benefits of a speedy craft and a family cruiser. The pacey model is part of a shift towards dayboats with the potential for overnight adventures, so the appeal of the Oryx 379 is broad.
The wrap-around windscreen gives the boat a sporty appearance, one that is backed up by triple 300hp Mercury outboards. Walk-around decks enable easy access to all areas of the boat and provide a sense of safety for child sailors. The Hull #22 model arriving in Sydney will have the family cruiser layout, meaning that it has a forward family cabin, a separate bathroom and head, a fully equipped galley and a settee that converts into an extra bed. The Oryx 379 truly is a boat capable of day cruising and overnight voyages.
The Hull #22 model features impressive electronics, including autopilot, radar, transducer, a 15.6in Raymarine screen, LED strip lighting in the cockpit and a bow thruster for stress-free manoeuvering in tight spots. The upgraded AV and audio package will have the whole family grooving at sea, while enjoying the comfort of the spacious sunbed.
The loveseat at the bow of the vessel makes for excellent fishing, with the 44 knot speed capabilities ensuring that keen anglers can travel wherever they need to go. The Oryx 379 has a superyacht feel and look due to its hardtop and quality craftsmanship. With impressive reviews under its belt, the Oryx 379 is sure to make figurative and literal waves when it reaches Australian shores.
